Rules

The Vidyalaya uniform is compulsory on all Vidyalaya working days, National festivals and Vidyalaya functions. A pair of uniform set must be kept apart to be worn on special occasions. Students are not allowed to wear colour dress or distribute sweets or any article on their birthdays. Students should come to the Vidyalaya clean and tidy. Hair should be well trimmed and combed. Nails must be kept clean and filed regularly. Black ribbons must be used to tie the hair. Colour ribbons and colour hair bands should not be used. Only black slides to be used. Students are not permitted to wear long dangling earrings or any gold jewellery.

Uniform:

L.K.G. to VI Std.
Regular Uniform:

                               Girls: Lemon coloured blouse and blue coloured pinafore.
                              Boys: Lemon coloured shirt and blue coloured trousers.

Sports Uniform:

                             Girls: Green coloured pinafore with checked shirt.
                             Boys: Green coloured trousers with checked shirt.

IV to VII Std.
Regular Uniform:

                             Girls: Lemon coloured blouse and blue colored half-skirt.
                             Boys: Lemon coloured Shirt and blue coloured trousers.

Sports Uniform:

                           Girls: Green coloured Skirt with Checked Shirt.
                           Boys: Green coloured trousers with checked shirt.

VII to X Std.
Regular Uniform:

                             Girls: Lemon coloured kameez, blue coloured salwar and shawl.
                             Boys: Lemon coloured shirt and blue coloured trousers.

Sports Uniform:

                           Girls: Green coloured salwar with checked Kameez and green Shawl.
                           Boys: Green coloured trousers with checked shirt.

Badge, belt, black leather shoes (sample shoes displayed in the store), blue socks with 2 yellow stripes and green socks with 2 white stripes are common to all the students. The sports uniform is to be worn by the students only on the day of mass drill. Students are permitted to wear black rubber / plastic sandals during the rainy season. Royal blue coloured sweaters could be worn by the students on heavy rainy days and during illness.

Vidyalaya Timings:

Pre-Primary to VIII Std.: 8.00 a.m. to 1.50 p.m.
IX & X Std                    : 8.00 a.m. to 2.45 p.m.
Lunch Break                 : 11.05 a.m. to 11.35 a.m.
Saturday                        : 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Discipline:

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, irregularity in completing the homework, stealing, disobedience, disrespect towards the members of the staff and bad moral conduct justify dismissal. Students should be well disciplined inside as well as outside the Vidyalaya. Students are not allowed to go out of the campus along with parents, guardians or any others during the Vidyalaya working hours. During lunch-break students are not allowed to go out of the campus. They are to take their lunch in their respective classrooms only.
