Sharada Program for Analytical and Realistic Knowledge (SPARK) designed by Sharada Vidyalaya, aims to ignite intellectual curiosity, foster a deep understanding of complex concepts, and bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application. Through a dynamic curriculum, SPARK trains students in various domains such as coding, web development, STEM and Robotics, and science applications.
The Spark Quest 2024 is open to all students throughout Mangalore City, inviting participants to showcase their talents and push the boundaries of conventional thinking. This competition challenges participants to develop analytical solutions and practical applications to real-world problems, with training sessions available for selected participants.
The SPARK Competition will be conducted in three levels, each tailored to different age groups. Level 1 is designated for 5th grade students, focusing on Electronics and Sensor Technology. Level 2 is for those in 6th-7th grade, focusing on Mechanical and Wireless Technology. Level 3 is specifically for students in 8th and 9th grade focusing on Robotics. This structured approach ensures that participants compete against peers at similar developmental stages, providing a fair and relevant challenge for all age groups.
Yes, the SPARK team provides free training sessions for selected students in the above categories, which will be conducted over a period of one month (on Sundays), with each session designed to prepare you thoroughly for the competition.
The competition will take place on the last Sunday of the SPARK training sessions, allowing participants to apply what they have learned and showcase their skills. The SPARK training sessions begin in November 2024.
Yes, SPARK training and the competition are completely free of cost except for the registration fee of 200 INR for all selected students. There is no fee for the application or the training processes.
